Dental Bonding
Dental bonding is an excellent method to improve the aesthetics of your smile. It covers the cracks and chips in teeth. Also, when there is some degree of dental abrasion, composite bonding can cover the exposed surface of teeth. It helps to minimize the sensitivity of teeth with chipped and abrasion. When adding dental bonding, a composite resin, which is the same shade of tooth color, is used on the affected area on each tooth. It is molded with adhesive on the tooth.
After the composite resin has been applied, it will be cured by UV light then polished for a beautiful fresh smile. It is a safe and affordable solution for dental problems, which helps our patients to improve their smile. Because of some of the limitations of dental bonding, some dentists view it as best suited for small cosmetic changes, for temporary correction of cosmetic defects, and correction of teeth in areas of very low bite pressure (for example, front teeth).
